Sexual Fascinations

Why are we obsessed with sex? It’s about the pleasure we feel when the act is or has been performed. Not only before and during but after. It amazes me everyday just how much and many things we see, hear and do are related to or can be paralleled to sex, a  sexual term, act or thought.

As I was surfing the net I came across two words that were talked about on the George Lopez, Lopez tonight show.  I found that both words were being highly searched out on the net.

Necrophilia….

All I could think of at the time was Necromongers they are a race of biological  humans that  are a militaristic theocracy led by a military religious ruler known as the Si.pan.

They practice a religion known as Necroism. The primary belief of this religion is that the line dividing life from death is a deception imposed upon the human race by alien races masquerading as gods with the intent of enslaving all humans. This revelation was brought about by the discovery of ancient stone tablets that outline in precise detail that man was created to do the works of those that created them.

The ultimate destination for the Necromongers is a place called the Underverse, which is described as another universe in which life is cherished and even the dead are brought back to life. The Underverse is both the afterlife of the Necromongers and the future of the people arrived at through a two-step process:

1. The elimination of the curse of human decay and aging.
2. The reanimation of the dead.

Entrance to the Underverse is restricted to those who follow the Necromonger religion; those that refuse to bow to other races or otherwise worship anything, human, alien, alive, or dead. For the Necromongers, any form of worship is an abomination.

This was from the movie, “The Chronicles of Riddick“, with Vin Diesel, I just love him!

However even though this was not the true definition of necrophilia there is a parallel thread death.

He also speaks of a happy ending. Now I am old and must be very naive cause all I have ever known about a happy ending was in the fairytale stories or Chinese food. Oh sorry that’s happy family, oops!

Happy ending is a term used when males go to a massage/spa house and receive the massage on the genitals

Well George took the show to the streets and asked passers-by very interesting thought provoking questions and happy ending was on of them.

Necrophilia was #2 @ 8AM EST and Happy Ending #38. We do know that these statistics do change minute to minute but I anticipate that all day today these will show up high on the searches.

Yesterday was the premier show for Lopez tonight with George Lopez and I do like George however I felt a bit slighted. Maybe he is saving the his special talents for subsequent shows but your first show has to be an attention getter and to grab your audience. I was a bit surprised that he didn’t come out stronger with his stand up act. I kept feeling that it was soon to come but it never did.

The guest were great and kept my attention and maybe that is the main focus. I will watch a few more times to see if this is the case. I am sure that the big wigs are watching the reviews and will tweak what they need to.

When someone in the audience asked Kobe Bryant why he doesn’t tweet on Twitter.

He said he doesn’t know what Twitter is while he was sporting his new Black Mamba Watch.  George could of chimed in and impromptu announcement contest to find someone to work with Kobe on Twitter. That is what people tune into for the unexpected.

One thing is for sure he does have an audience so much that if he tells people to do something they will. As proof of necrophilia and happy ending being #2 and #38 on Google search.

One of my favorites all of the CSI series continues to astound me. CSI NY, a crime drama inspired by the drama series, “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation,” is TV series about forensic investigators who use high-tech science to follow the evidence and solve crimes in the Big Apple.

Yesterday, November 4th, 2009, aired a show that showcased the food fetish of Sploshing or WAM (Wet and Messy).

Did you parents ever tell you don’t play with your food?

Well this brings new meaning to that as the participants enjoy sexual and sensual arousal via the application of food i.e.  (whip cream, chocolate syrup, juice, strawberries, or water based food products) whatever makes you feel good on your body with or without clothes.

We all know that food can be very powerful when it comes to evoking pleasure especially chocolate.  It targets the pleasure zones in the brain and we want more. It amazes me with world hunger and poverty growing everyday this is what some choose to do with food.

Look who will turn 40?

Did you happen to see Google’s home page yesterday?  I thought it was quite cute the legs of Big Bird replaced the “L” in the word Google. Google has always amazed me with their creativity and why not, this  is what they are about, being creative and cutting edge.

I thought to myself something must be going on.  On November 10th ,2009 Sesame Street will be 40 years old what a history. Wow, that is a long time for a educational TV show to be airing. Talk about content and keeping up with the times.  Content is a subject bloggers  are faced with in every blog, good content.

Executive Producer Carol-Lynn Parente state, “When you turn on your TV on November 10,  “You’ll see a brand-new and spectacularly beautiful opening sequence. We’re also launching an entirely new format for the show — the magazine format of Sesame Street, which has been evolving over the years, has been officially replaced with what we’re calling a ‘block’ format. And it’s just wonderful.”

I remember watching Sesame Street as a kid. Ugh, I drastically disliked Oscar the grouch in his trash can throwing trash everywhere. Even with that it made me aware of many things green, lol! I always thought that Big Bird was just to big for me but gave him his props. Elmo has been a big hit with the kids. I remember the toy Tickle Me Elmo drove me nuts but the kids loved em and the toy wasn’t aimed at adults although I know a few adults that bought the toy for themselves, hmmm. He brought out the child in many!

 

 

Ernie and Bert, what pals, and of course we can’t forget Cookie Monster that blue fella. Who couldn’t love him eating chocolate chip cookies and throwing around everywhere. Brings back childhood memories.

Google hasn’t forgotten him either while using his big eyes to represent the “O’s” in the world Google for today’s home page. I love it. I suppose that everyday up to Sesame Streets anniversary on the 10th we will see some creative endeavor by Google to represent this auspicious occasion.

 

 

 

First Lady Michelle Obama will be airing on the show on the 10th. I think I’ll turn in for the birthday celebration. Come join me and sing along.

As our President is pushing hard to get the Health Care Reform Act passed in Congress and with a new addition being added to it a governmental insurance option. That’s option folks and that means you have the option to take it or leave it! Okay get back on track there kiddo.

I am sure that he is aware of what is going on with Medicare he has already put somethings in place in the Health Care Reform Act pertaining to Medicare.  He wants to cap payments for health services that are paid out to various health care venues and he is has stipulated placing medical records on computer and there are others. This is a start, well last night I viewed this 60 Minute report about Medicare Fraud.

Now we know that there is such a beast and he does too but I just got more angry as I heard this convict (who has 12yrs time to serve) talk about how he did it and laugh about it. Then brag about the gas powered prosthetic limbs he billed Medicare for at the cost of $50,000 each. OMG!!!

We are paying for this from our paychecks people! You know that line among many of deductions from our paycheck next to the biggie the Federal Income Tax, geesh! FICA-Medicare is removed it’s the next biggest deduction.  So if you really want to get upset as I did think of it this way we are paying someone to rip us off!

Here’s a true medicare fraud story for ya. A person works in an ophthalmologist office about almost 20 years ago (yep 20 years this is nothing new) found out that visual screenings (for ages 50+ yrs) were being fudged to reflect that patients were seeing worse than they really were.

Why was this done to bill Medicare for a trip out the homes, nursing homes, convalescent homes etc and bill Medicare a full ophthalmology eye exam (which costs more than an optometrist’s eye exam by at least double).  Remember most of these patients were seeing 20/20 by the way that is normal vision or maybe the line above normal which is still great for a patient of that age.

Coming from the Hippocratic oath of , “Do no harm, I would say that wasn’t taken seriously. Most of these patient’s vision was normal and oh they weren’t complaining about vision difficulties.  So you see this is not a new phenomenon and it has been going on for years bilking the system, know what I mean?

Ain’t that a kick in the head and yes it burns my butt to a crisp.  So I know President Obama is aware of this just not sure of the depth yet.

However at last count of  $60 Billion dollars in fraudulent claims I would say let’s get BUSY QUICKLY!!!

I am slightly bothered by this where a retirement community in Pinellas Park, Florida asks for their neighbors to evict their 6 year old grand-daughter.

Okay I understand that their are community rules and regulations in these retirement communities but gee wiz!

The grandparent Jimmy and Judie Stottler live in this retirement community that doesn’t allow children. The home owners association wants the child removed,  evicted,  gone, ka-put!

Jimmy and Judie were in the process of selling their home however with the real estate market crash those plans where destroyed and put on hold.

So now they are forced to stay until something else comes up meanwhile the home owners association is badgering this couple and their granddaughter.

Who by the way was placed in a foster home due to the state finding out that her mother was abusing drugs.

Now just what gives? Does this BOTHER U?

I am Aware of Triple Negative Breast Cancer

This October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  Having lost a relative to this type of cancer and well before more advanced medical technologies where available back in the 70’s, I have learned so much about cancer.

It’s ironic that my mother is a retired chemotherapy R.N. and that cancer is prevalent in our family. Today I learned more about Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC) mostly this condition is more prevalent amount African American women and more so in younger African American women.

I have always been an advocate for the research for the cure of Breast Cancer. Knowing that there are varies sub-cancer under the Breast Cancer umbrella it just brings to mind so many that are continuously fighting for the cure.

My condolences for those that are going through this and those that have lost loved ones to Breast Cancer. This is not only a month to reflect get involved with the fight but I urge you to not only just think during October but throughout the year. Those with cancer think about it everyday,  to help save lives.
