As the days go on after the tragic and sudden death of Michael Jackson, it just amazes me of the rhetoric and the spectacle that some are making in the memory of the icon or family member as Janet his sister states.

Some parts of this I really don’t like my main thought was is this a father in mourning? I do realize that different people mourn differently but my gut says that you don’t talk about what you are promoting when you are talking about the passing of your family member especially your child.

One thing is for sure this is not the end with second autopsies and the grandmother trying to get custody of the children and the estate, I hope this doesn’t get messy.
My biggest concern is for the children. Michael will be remembered but it is the children that are his legacy and the nuturing and proper care/treament of them is utmost essential.
Well after watching the new reporting of the passing of Michael Jackson Thursday @ 6:115PM EST I just wasn’t ready to blog about it yet.
Quite frankly I am still not but had it not been for one of my readers on another blog I write I probably would of let others out there in cyberspace blog about this tragedy.
Now to add salt to the wound TMZ has posted the 911 call from Michael’s Neverland home. Listen if you dare
I remember when I was a young teen and going the the Front Row (now extinct) in Highland Heights, OH and seeing Michael. I was sitting next to my dad and Michael ran up the aisle and boy did I let out a scream. lol! He held me back I was about an inch from him and could smell is cologne. I was so mad at my dad for stopping me but only realized that later he was protecting me from being trampled.
Anyway a great musical icon has left this world to pursue a new adventure. Deepest sympathies to the Jackson family my prayers and the worlds go out to you all during your time of sorrow.

A magnanimous musical icon
I had a friend pass earlier this week and there is an old wives tale that says death comes in threes. Well I was on alert. Farrah Facet, my friend and Michael Jackson. As long as I have been alive it has happen like this. Yes I know there are many more deaths that go on but these are of ones in my direct eyesight.
I was absolutely in disbelief when I was watching the news. I said to a friend I don’t believe it you know how the news is lets wait for an update. Of course the were plastering Michael Jackson is dead all over the ticker message at the bottom of the screen. Then the report of him not breathing and then in a coma and then the final report of him being deceased.
I was numb. He was just there and now he is gone. Life and death being in an instant I was reminded.
Now Myspace and Ning networks have dedicated Michael Jackson fan pages and I am sure there are and will be more to come
Listen to his music and enjoy the nostaglia of the memories of where and how old you were when these songs graced your ears. I know from Thursday to Friday night I have been innodated with the sound of Michael Jackson and what memories theses songs have evoked.

Ed McMahon has died last night at the age of 86. Better know as Johnny Carson sidekick on the Tonight Show . I remember a few shows as a kid but have been more acquainted with him as an a adult when he had his show Star Search and TV Blobbers, they still make me laugh and are quite entertaining.

I can’t believe it will looking over the internet news today I came across a very interesting news article and my mouth just dropped open.
Today is the groundbreaking ceremony for the deepest underground scientific lab to seek out and research “dark matter”. Okay call me nuts but you know my first question now just want is this phenomenon.
So I went on the research path and here is what I found and it my just enlightened you.
Per Wikipedia: dark matter is hypotheticalmatter that is undetectable by its emitted radiation, but whose presence can be inferred from gravitational effects on visible matter.
Okay call me goofy but hypothetical matter ?
Basically I surmising from this is invisible matter that is responsible for gravitational forces, revolutions of the planets and holds the universe together and is more massive than visible matter.
Okay whatever I will leave the details to the scientists in their new lab that we paid for. Now can you just tell me where this funding is coming from can you imagine the costs to build let alone the upkeep?
This brings a new definition to empirical research huh?
Being that this has underground lab has been used since the 60’s to min Black Hills gold. I wonder what the Native Americans that are fighting for this area are saying about this. More building deeper into the earth. Well this maybe a part two. I must go and find out what the Native American community is saying about this stay tuned.
Well to my chagrin while combing the internet news, I was reminded that nothing on the net is private.
Seems that those photos that you have social marketing sites, photo image hosting sites etc once you decide to have them deleted aren’t deleted right away. Scary thought huh? Some may linger from days to months on the net even though from the actual site that they were posted have been deleted those ghost images still are present.
To be quite frank, just to keep in mind always, never put anything on the net you aren’t afraid to share with the whole world. I mean the whole world in this day of technology you never know where a picture of that drunken ghost image could appear.
If you haven’t heard yet it’s time you did and prepared yourself to protect you and your family.

The swine flu is stretching across countries just as fast as the air we breathe can blow. The news is all the buzz about this and I think we really need to pay attention. As I woke up this morning to look at the news a school in Elyria, Ohio has been closed due to the swine flu. A 23 month old toddler has died from the swine flu in Texas and before it gets better the CDC is saying it is going to get worst with more cases showing up everyday and more deaths are sure to be reported before it gets better.
Reports of the near pandemic stem from Mexico and they are telling Americans unless needed do not travel to Mexico. There are some preventive measures that can be taken such as:
Wash your hands
Cover you nose and mouth when you sneeze or cough
Don’t go to work, school and daycare center etc if you are sick.
We are being urged to stay home if at all possible.
These are purely preventive measures and are no substitution for having the medication to combat the swine flu should you feel you are at risk or feeling ill.
What I do appreciate as an American citizen is that both agencies have met with President Obama and are aggressively working on this with inoculations, education, and preventative measures to prevent further contamination.
We are in for a journey as we all know there are cases that have not been reported while the strain is continuously being spread. Mr. Besser states it will get worse over the next days before it gets better. They are aware and working aggressively to get the help to those that need it.
Governor Schwarzenegger has authorized a statewide emergency for California pertaining to the swine flu. Cuba has restricted all flights in and out of Cuba for the next 24-48 hrs. Congress has passed a 1.5 billion dollar bill for the state of emergency funding to help combat this condition.
My advice is to stay updated via the media, internet as well as listening to President Obama’s address to the American people tonight @ 8 PM EST.
Symptoms of this strain of flu range from fever, to coughing and fatigue.
Both websites the Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC) have placed updates, guidelines, and reports of infected states on their websites. We are urged to pay attention and keep updated via the websites or the media for status reports.
Inoculations are being dispatched to the states that have report known cases of the swine flu they are the priority right now as stipulated by both agencies. More vaccines are also being fabricated as I write this.
Listening to a new break with Federal Government Health and Human Services director Kathleen Sebelius. There has now been an report of another school outbreak in New York.
Protect and educate yourselves and may God help us through this.
Hello sunshine the earth says, “Hello.” This couldn’t be a more appropriate statement said by Willie Wonka in the movie Charlie and the Chocolate Factory with Johnny Depp playing Willie Wonka. I just loved the movie but his statement although quite bizarre seems to fit today being that it is Earth Day!
Happy Earth day to all earthlings! What a day to thank the earth for sustaining our lives. The earth gives so much of itself in resources, minerals and our well being it is not just enough to celebrate today but everyday. We can do so much by starting off small to conserve our energy and resources to replenish the earth.
